U.S. Hotel and Resort Management completed a new 76-room hotel connected to the Sioux Falls Regional Airport. In-airport hotels are already a popular concept in Europe and the airport's Executive Director Dan Letellier noted in the Argus Leader that American travelers soon "wilI begin to expect such an amenity and it's a good fit for Sioux Falls, because many passengers drive more than two hours to catch a flight - which often leave before 6 a.m. and arrive late at night."

The new hotel features ultra-efficient hotel rooms for on-the-go business travelers. Additional amenities include the lobby, meeting spaces, business center, fitness studio, and coffee bar.
