The Lakes Regional Healthcare Addition and Remodel will be located in Spirit Lake, Iowa. The project will be approximately a 7,000 square foot clinic addition and approximately a 15,500 square foot clinic/hospital renovation and remodel.

Lakes Regional consists of both I and B occupancies, will include new clinic spaces, office space, Emergency Department reception, and main lounge. This project also will include revisions/additions to the current campus site development, including, site utilities, parking, and landscape.
