BankStar Financial 

As one of the oldest community banks in Brookings County, BankStar Financial serves the communities of Brookings, Elkton, Volga, and the surrounding areas.

The Perspective design team and BankStar's building committee to design the building looking for cost savings opportunities while achieving the desired look and functionality. BankStar is a free standing two story structure. Existing housing and utilities were removed from the site prior to construction, the project team was able to deliver the building in 16 months while maintaining the GMP.
