The Bel Brands administration building is a modern design that communicates Bel's corporate image and culture, yet harkens back to traditional forms found on regional farms. The building's forms are clad in wood, metal, and glass to create contrast with the mass of the enormous manufacturing plant and create a welcoming and identifiable entry point for staff and visitors. Key office spaces include reception, open conference rooms, and "techy" staff teaming areas and work stations, and a large, open staff break area with an emphasis on exterior views. 

The Administration Building achieved LEED Silver Certification; campus certification is pending. Sustainable design ideas included site design features, water efficiency, energy efficiency, material usage, indoor environment quality, and innovative design processes.
