Sioux Center Health Senior Care consists of Crown Point independent and assisted living, and Royale Meadows Heath Center, a skiIled nursing facility. The addition and renovation project wilI create a unified facility for the campus. 
A 32-unit skilled nursing addition will be connected to the existing Royale Meadows home. The main entrance, lobby, and dining areas of Crown Pointe will be renovated. Three additions to Crown Pointe include a 16-unit memory care wing, a 24-unit assisted living wing, and a new Main Street providing services, shops, dining, and social activities. Main Street creates resident destination and strong connection between the two buildings.
