The Public Parking Building was in need of significant exterior maintenance.  Located on Weber Avenue, a newly identified downtown corridor slated for urban revitalization, the exterior renovation project also aimed to improve its overall aesthetic appearance.   The scope of the project included but was not limited to: Demolition of existing building elements to accommodate renovation. All framing/carpentry to accommodate facade renovation. Replace all windows and doors including overhead doors on the east elevation. New window in garage area. Install thin-set brick veneer on the east elevation and part of the south elevation. Including alternates to brick the north elevation and the entire building. New entrance canopy at main doors New shed roof canopy at overhead doors New exterior lighting on the east and part of the south elevation. New exterior signage. New curb, asphalt and landscape to accommodate facade renovation.
