Sioux Center Health Senior Care consists of Crown Point independent and assisted living, memory care, and Royale Meadows Heath Center, a skiIled nursing facility. The addition and renovation project provides a unified facility for the campus. 

A new 32-unit skilled nursing addition connects to the existing Royale Meadows home. The main entrance, lobby, and dining areas of Crown Pointe have been renovated. Three additions to Crown Pointe include a 16-unit memory care wing, a 24-unit assisted living wing, and a new Main Street providing services, shops, dining, and social activities. Main Street creates resident destination and strong connection between the two buildings.
