The driving project goal was to renovate an existing downtown bank facility into an amazing, one-of-a kind office space to "wow" clients and staff. With "groovy, unique, and collaborative" as key descriptions for the client's new office space, Perspective worked with the client to define key spaces and special features. The project included a reception space, open conference room, and an open office space with flexible and moveable work stations, rest rooms, break room, collaboration "war room'' and the staff "Hootanany" lounge.
